Clean room with a comfortable bed made our stay enjoyable. WiFi was unreliable, which made it difficult to plan our day.

The WiFi is a major letdown, constantly dropping out and making it impossible to rely on for anything serious. Noise travels too easily from the hallways and rooms, which might disturb your peace if you've got light sleeping tendencies. I've seen cleaner bathrooms, not horrible, but definitely could use a touch-up. And let's face it, the lack of air conditioning is off-putting during the summer. you might find yourself struggling with humidity. don't expect a mini-bar or a safe in your room. it's bare-bones on the amenities front, which isn't ideal for those of us with valuables.

Noise from nearby rooms and corridors can be bothersome at night!!! Insufficient maintenance, like poor shower pressure and clogged drains, really needs addressing!!! Unreliable WiFi strength is unacceptable for work-related travelers!!!

The welcome was warm, with friendly staff offering helpful local tips. I appreciated the spaciousness of the room and how clean it was, especially having fresh towels daily!

The large breakfast buffet offers plenty of options to kick-start the day, and sparkling water was provided daily. The comfy bed made for a restful sleep after busy days exploring Cologne.
